Ph Phosphate Calculator How To Make 20mM Disodium Phophate Buffer (pH=7), Excluding Monosodium Phosphate.?

How to make 20mM disodium phophate buffer (pH=7), excluding monosodium phosphate.? - ph phosphate calculator

I found the results but with all of monosodium phosphate. I'm only 20 mM disodium phosphate buffer to make, go no MSG.

The buffer can not alone, sodium phosphate, and some other phosphate compounds.
For the pH = 7 and 20 mM concentration of the ration of two phosphates:
Monohydrate = 0.1167%

Dibasic heptahydrate = 0.3093%
Calcultion method:
Using the three pK of phosphoric acid and pH, calculate the proportion of individual pairs of phosphoric acid. For example, the first ionization potential is equal to:

- H3PO4 H + + H2PO4 --

K1 = [H +] [H2PO4-] / [H3PO4], or

[H2PO4-] / [H3PO4] = K1 / [H +]

The normalization of the quantity of each half, their amounts are calculated. The molar amounts of monosodium phosphate and disodium phosphate are created by the following two equations.

] Monosodium = [H3PO4 + [H2PO4-]

= Disodium hydrogen phosphate [PO43-] + [HPO42-]

The molecular weight of monosodium phosphate, disodium phosphate monohydrate, heptahydrate (typical lab forms) with the damping force, Are calculated the actual percentages.

The PC will be used for phosphoric acid 2148, 6865 and 12,319. It is better in a buffer of pH near a PC, then use this account for the phosphate buffer in the pH range from 4.8 to 8.8.

Multiply the molar mass of sodium phosphate (in mg) of 20, then break that amount in less than 1 liter. The pH to 7 with phosphoric acid, and bring the final volume of 1 liter.
